Can you listen to the story of Tiddler and try and name some of the characters?

Maths
There are lots of different times mentions in the story can you draw pictures of things you do at different times of the day eg Morning, afternoon, evening, nighttime.
Science
Collect some objects from around your house/garden. Test them out to see which can float and which sink. Can you explain why?
Physical Activity
Using objects from around your home/garden make an obstacle course.
Tuesday 28th April
English
Can you find any rhyming words in the story from yesterday? Can you think of any other words that rhyme with them?
Word of the day: Tale (a story about exciting made up events)
Maths
Using a one minute timer see how many times you can:
- hop on one foot?
- clap?
- write your name?
- sing your favourite nursery rhyme?
Science
- Fill 2 bowl two-thirds full with water.
- Add an 1 egg and see what happens.
- Now in the other bowl see how many spoonfuls of salt it takes to make the second egg float.
- Put 1 spoonful of salt into the water at a time, stir and then test the egg.
- Repeat step 4 until the egg floats.
Physical
Have a go at squish the fish yoga.

Can you write a sentence about one of Tiddler’s school friends?

Maths
Can you learn the months of the year song.
Physical Activity
There are so many ways to make paper airplanes at home. Throw them inside or outside and see how high they can fly, how far they can fly, or if your you can throw them through an object such as a hula hoop.

English
Can you write a set of instructions teaching people how to look after some goldfish?
Word of the day: Capture (to take someone as a prisoner)
Maths
Can you write the days of the week in order and draw a picture of what you might do each day?
Topic
Can you create a fish of your own? You could, draw it, paint, it, collage it or something even more creative!
Independent Activity
Can you prepare your own toothbrush and brush your teeth independently?
Friday 1st May
English
Imagine that you could go diving underwater. What might you see? What words could you use to describe things? Watch this video to get some ideas:

Can you draw pictures of what might happen in December, April, August and October?
Physical activity
How low can you go? A fun game of limbo indoors or out, use your imagination when it comes to using objects under which you must go under without your hands touching the floor. Objects could include a pool noodle, a broom, or a rope.
